Robb Kenyon is the 87th president of the Seattle Mortgage Bankers Association. Robb has also served our association as House Committee Chair, Vice President, and Board of Director.
Robb is a graduate of Seattle University and a CMB (Certified Mortgage Banker). He started his career in our mortgage industry in 1992 and is currently a Northwest Regional Building Manager for Countrywide Home Loans. He has a passion for our industry and heart for the people he serves.

Dean currently serves as Pacific Northwest Sales Manager for MGIC. He is responsible for the business development efforts for Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Montana. Dean has been with MGIC for 15 years.
Dean is a Gemini, like long walks on the beach, deep conversations, and watching football from his couch at every waking moment (in-between the long walks on the beach and deep conversations) He is married and has two adorable children.

Yanna has worked in the mortgage industry for 12 years. She has served as Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President and President of the SMBA. Yanna has also served on the SMBA Auction Committee for the past 10 years, and was a recipient of the SMBA Scholarship for the School of Mortgage Banking.
Yanna has worked as a Wholesale Account Executive for the past 4 years. She is married with two children and lives in Woodinville, WA.
Yanna received a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Curt is the Regional President of First Horizon Home Loans in Western Washington, covering 12 branches from Everett to Tumwater including both retail and wholesale. His 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry started in 1991 with WAMU. After a 5 year tenure at GMAC Mortgage as Regional VP Curt moved to Seattle with First Horizon in 2001.
Curt is a life long resident of Washington State and graduate of the University of Washington. He and his wife Laurie live in Seattle with their two children.

Mr. Costa has held the position of Sr. Vice President of Golf Savings Bank since July 2006. Prior to the merger with Sterling Financial Corporation, Costa was the President of Lynnwood Financial Corporation, the parent company of Golf Savings Bank. He was also a member of Golf?s Board of Directors, served on the Asset and Liability and Personnel and Lending Committees and held the position of Executive Vice-President of Mortgage Lending. Costa graduated cum laude from Washington State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1985. He was a loan officer at Phoenix Mortgage Company in Seattle from 1987 to 1994 and consistently made the prestigious President's Club list. In 1986, he served as a loan officer at Lomas and Nettleton Mortgage Company.

Currently I am enjoying managing a branch for First Horizon Home Loans in Woodinville, Washington. Prior to my current role I was a principal with Homestead Mortgage in Kirkland, Wa and prior to that served as a Sr. V.P. for Golf Savings Bank. I have had the pleasure of being in our industry since 1991. Formerly I have served as a legislative key contact for the Realtor’s association. I have been blessed with the opportunity to volunteer for a number of projects with Habitat for Humanity and enjoyed every minute of it. In other venues I have had the opportunity to build and rebuild homes in Mexico, Mississippi, Alabama, and Seattle.

Mike is a member the ARC management team where his primary responsibility is developing new business with mortgage bankers, banks, and credit unions.
He also assists with educational development and delivery. He teaches seminars for ARC clients, non-profit housing partners and first time homebuyers. He is certified to teach continuing education to real estate and mortgage lending professionals in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
Mike has worked in the credit reporting field of the mortgage industry since 1984 and at American Reporting Company since 1997.
Mike is a former board member of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association, and the Washington Homeownership Center. He was president of SMBA in 2004 – 2005. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Washington Mortgage Lenders Association and the International District Housing Alliance.
