What a great turn out for our golf tournament last week. This would not have been possible without Mike Olden of American Reporting Company, who once again chaired the event. What an outstanding day Mike and his group of volunteers and corporate sponsors provided for the 160 SMBA/PSMLA golfers. Mike’s dedication and hard work to make this event a success are greatly appreciated.
I wanted to let all of you know that the registration for the September dinner meeting is now open. It seems too early to be talking about our Fall dinner programs with Summer just arriving here in the Puget Sound Region, but we have a high profile speaker and expect to sell out the event quickly. Dino Rossi, Washington State Senate candidate will be joining us on September 21 and speaking about “Real Estate Trends in the Current Market”. Please mark your calendar for this date. To register for the September 21 dinner meeting click here. The SMBA in no way endorses candidates for office. Senator Murray was also invited to speak at this event, but declined due to a scheduling conflict.
The September dinner meeting will also be my last as president as we will be electing the 2010/2011 Executives and Directors. Please join me in welcoming/electing Jeff Jensen as our incoming president and his administration at the dinner.
