Volunteer

Volunteers are important to the success of any event. Volunteers provide support, encouragement, and enthusiasm that make this event enjoyable for the players and sponsors. We encourage you to join us for a terrific day with your colleagues.

• Dinner Hosts: Welcome players and sponsors to Awards Dinner at conclusion of play; ensure they have seating; assist Chairman with awards ceremony.
• Hospitality: Responsible for ensuring players and sponsors have an exceptional experience during the event. Greet and guide players and sponsors to the appropriate registration area; coordinate transportation for sponsors to and from their assigned holes; ensuring that all players and sponsors are provided with lunch; and communicating with sponsors during play for additional needs.
• Registration: Assist PSMLA and SMBA administration with player and sponsor registration prior to the tournament; manage player and sponsor check-in on the day of the event.
• Sponsor Recruitment: Responsible for recruiting sponsors from the current roster of PSMLA and SMBA members, industry partners, and outside corporations who value the opportunity to market to the members and help them fulfill their mission statements.
• Sponsor Transportation: Transport sponsors to their respective holes and assist them with any special needs at the hole.
• Tournament Services: Assist club with signage; tournament marshals; scoring; Par 3 competitions; and awards.
