Seattle Mortgage Bankers Association and Proschools have teamed up to provide online licensing training and continuing education to SMBA members.  Proschools has been in the licensing education business since the 1950’s and provides online training to real estate, insurance and mortgage professionals.  Proschool provides the required 8 hour of online training and the required 1 hour of Washington State training as mandated by the Washington Department of Financials Institutions.

Steps for using Proschools

Go to http://www.proschools.com/

• Under the Mortgage heading, choose New License or License Renewal
• Choose the Washington State in the pop up window
• Choose the course(s)  to be taken
• Proceed to Checkout when course(s) have been chosen
• The Shopping Cart list with the courses will reflect courses chosen
• In the lower portion of the Shopping Cart list, type in the Referral Code
• The next step is for New Customers to create an account or previous customers to sign in
• Complete the information requested and note that the discount is shown in the Order Summary box on right
• Complete Payment Screen and Submit Order
