Fred Reininger joined Washington Federal/First Mutual Bank in 2005 as Senior Vice President and Manager of the bank's income property loan origination team. Fred brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending to the bank. Past work experience includes generating income property loans for institutional investors and portfolio lenders for HomeStreet, US Bancorp Mortgage, and Key Bank.

Fred Reininger graduated from Lakeside School in Seattle and the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration, Finance.
